Decline message requests from candidates & provide feedback using the reason variable with no effort.

You can now decline message requests from candidates using templates. Templates can include a reason variable to help you provide feedback to the candidate, with no effort. Simply, choose the reason why the candidate is not right and you will get a populated template which you can save and send right away.

The template will include the DECLINE_REASON variable which will change depending on the reason selected. This enables you to be honest and specific to candidates with no effort at all.

You can also build your own decline reasons and templates to make your messages to candidates ultra-personalized. All you need to do is navigate to your Message Templates page where you will find all the templates and reasons you're currently using.
