How to create an accept template
Accept templates are designed to help you respond to people faster whilst giving yourself a higher chance of converting their interest into an interview. You can build your own accept templates and attach calendar events to get people who are interested in your position to book calls directly in your calendar.
How to set up an accept template
All templates can be found when you go to Message Templates from the drop down menu in your account and then to the Accept section.
When you click on '+ Add template' in the top right corner, you will be able to configure a new template. Type in your message and add the variables, which will get filled out with the correct information based on your and the person’s profile.
You may also schedule an automatic follow-up to be sent if the person doesn't respond back. All you need to do is write your follow up message and choose how long after the first message you want it to be sent.
After you set up your accept template, you won't have to do anything extra when accepting message requests, apart from clicking ‘Accept’ and then ‘Send message’.
How to manage all your accept templates
The page will have all currently used templates at the top and then all the other ones, which you no longer want to see in the drop down menu when choosing one to message a person, below. You can move and edit all templates when you click on the three dots in the Actions column.
