How to show or hide the salary for a position
You can decide whether the salary for your position is visible to people or not. The visibility setting can be easily changed on the Edit Position page.
Note that people on cord often use the salary range as on of the filters in their position search, so hiding a salary may prevent your role from being seen by relevant people. The response rate for positions without the salary range disclosed is also much lower.
- Go to the position you want to adjust and click on Edit Position in the top right corner
- Scroll down to the Logistics section. You can disable the salary visibility right underneath the fields where you indicate the range and currency.
You will have to double-confirm that you want to hide the salary in the next prompt and that will be it.
Remember to scroll down to the bottom and save the changes. You can now see that the range will be hidden on the position's page.
