Enhancement: Addition to the Greenhouse Integration

Greenhouse automatically credits the user that was used to authorise the integration when candidates are forwarded from cord. This was causing issues for companies who were presumably using the same account to setup the integration and therefore having all candidates credited to the same person.

We cannot guarantee that the company account will have a first and last name (both of which are required) and we also want the name to map exactly to that used on Greenhouse.

Greenhouse users can now enter the name that they would like to be credited for candidates sent from that cord account. Previously, Greenhouse automatically credited the user who authorized the integration, which sometimes caused confusion. You can now add or update the name by going to Settings > Integration > Set name.
