Import a position from your ATS

You can create a position on cord by importing it straight from your ATS. This will help your positions to be synced automatically without having to create them from scratch one by one.

*Importing positions from Greenhouse will link the positions with cord and import the job title only.

To create a new position, head to your cord dashboard and hit the '+' icon on the left.

You will be able to select a position from the drop-down menu. If a position you want to import isn’t listed, make sure that it isn’t saved as a draft in your ATS and that sufficient permissions are turned on.

This will automatically import all the relevant information on cord (eg. job description, interview process).

However, you will manually need to select other parameters, such as the Skills and Logistics sections (job title, seniority level, skills, visa sponsorship, etc.) before creating your position. Most of these parameters are mandatory and a message will be displayed at the bottom left to indicate what information is missing.

When everything is completed, your position will be reviewed and then go live on cord!
