Overview
AI Outreach Messages instantly crafts personalised, high‑impact outreach messages. Informed by tens of thousands of successful examples, cord’s AI will compare the candidate’s profile and your role description to write messages that get results. Save time and boost reply rates with just two clicks.
How to Use
- Generate Message: Click Message on a candidate’s profile to generate an AI message (auto-generation is turned on by default but can be turned off in settings)
- Refine: Edit manually or use the “Refine message” box (e.g., “Focus more on their FinTech experience”).
- Send: Press Send to send the message.
AI Message Settings
You can adjust the AI message setting by pressing the cog icon in the message box. This will adjust the settings for all future messages.
- Auto‑generation
- On: Message is generated on clicking Message on a candidate profile.
- Off: Start with a blank editor (AI message can be generate by pressing Write with AI
- Tone
- Choose from: Casual, Direct, Warm, Professional or Upbeat
- Length
- Chose from Short (~400 characters), Medium (~600 characters), Long (~800 characters).
- Attach Interview Invite
- Toggle to include your calendar link automatically; AI will reference the calendar invite if it’s included.
- Custom Prompt
- Add templates or instructions.e.g.:
- “Reference that we have just received our Series A investment” or
- “Always describe our company as…’
- “If they have fintech experience - focus on this…
