Workable integration

cord's Workable integration allows you to automatically send people's profiles to the associated positions in Workable. In this article, we will cover how to:

If you're using Workable as your ATS, you can link your positions on cord with your Workable positions and get people sent automatically to your Sourced section on Workable once the conversation on cord is started.

To integrate your Workable account with cord, navigate to the integrations tab, in the Settings section.

Clicking on the connect button will redirect you to the Workable, from where you are able to authenticate your account with cord.

When creating a new position, you have the option of importing one from Workable. Selecting the drop-down imports the job title of the position, and automatically links it with the new position on cord.

You are also able to associate any position on cord with an existing Workable one. Clicking on a position and scrolling all the way down to the section called ‘Link your ATS position’, a drop down will provide the available positions. Once a position has been selected, scroll down and click on ‘Save Position’ to complete the association.

With the positions linked, candidates will now automatically be sent to the associated position in Workable when you start a conversation (i.e. when a message request is accepted).

You can find the automatic forwarding toggle in your Settings, right underneath where you connected your Workable account.

If you do not wish for your candidates to be automatically forwarded from cord to Workable, you can turn this off in your Settings. The position will still be linked to the position on Workable, and you can manually send the candidate to Workable by clicking on the ATS icon in the top right corner of the conversation.
