How to pause or reactivate your subscription
You can pause your cord subscription directly in your account settings.
- Go to 'Settings' from the main drop down menu
- Go to the Billing tab of your settings
You can pause your subscription right underneath all the invoices. Pausing means you won’t be charged from the next billing date.
Once you pause your subscription, you will still have full access until the end of the current billing period. After that, you will not be able to source engineers or create positions, but you can continue any already started conversations.
Your messages, streams, and positions will stay in your account.
Credit-based plans
If you’re on a sourcing credit-based plan, please note that you will lose any unused sourcing credits at the end of the billing cycle if you pause your subscription. If you keep your account active, you will keep these credits and continue to accrue them each month up to the value of 2x your limit. This means you’ll have a bank of credits to use when you start hiring again.
How to reactivate your subscription?
In the future, once you start hiring again, you can log in and reactivate your subscription in the same place.
